No plan to incorporate functionality for Year 5 undergraduates #98

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

As some undergraduates might be undertaking a 5 year programme e.g. double degree programmes, they are currently precluded from using the application as the application only allows for students in Year 1 to 4 to use it. Although not implemented in this version of the application, details could be shared in the DG about how to extend the application to incorporate this group of students in a subsequent iteration e.g. v2.2 or v3.0

Not documenting this requirement increases the risk of it not getting implemented in a timely manner (future developers will not know that this needs to be implemented)
