The order of commands in UG are confusing #994

A user reading the UG would expect the functions to be used roughly in the order specified, however the add passenger command comes first even though it requires a flight to be added first. This caused initial confusion.

Should not have a confusion as FAQ has clearly stated the order of workflow for the commands.
