The inability to add the date of the workout or ippt manually is limiting.

If the user fails to add the ippt or workout session on the date itself they would be out of luck as there is no option to add an ippt or workout session to a previous date. Perhaps include an optional argument to add the date but if no date is entered the data can be assumed to be the current date.

Reason for rejection

This is an intended feature of the program as an initial layer of security to prevent users from cheating.

It could also be argued that the proposed feature is not in scope and could be delivered in future iterations.

It should be the user's responsiblity to add their workouts on time.
