Reorder help message #133

The help message and user guide could be reordered to have the more crucial commands first.

In the UG, the first commands are help, followed by create-account. I think this is a good order to follow since it seems the user should be doing create-account first. However, the help message in the CLI is ordered unintuitively.

Likewise, can put the currencies list next to the commands that require them?
