Of course? The user guide example does not say that it can be uppercase , in fact all the list of commands shown are in lower case (as with all reasonable typical commands should be). One can not expect to mess around with the command keyword and expect it to work because user guide clearly provides the list of commands that the user can run.

This can only be considered a bug if the user guide says that it accepts uppercase command but in reality it does not.
