UG: Clarify order of flags not important when updating an item. #2242

Would be helpful for users to know the order of flags does not matter with the update command and it does not have to match the order listed in the UG.

Hello, the order of flags are indeed not important. We did not mention that there is an order of flags in the User Guide. Moreover, not all flags are used in the User Guide. Thus, it should be inferred that the order of flags should not matter.
