Message upon deletion/addition of transactions

UI message could be better. maybe something like "Your budget progress for is /".

This is especially for an older transaction as you can't really "keep it up" or change your spending habits for a past transaction that you are adding.

Your first concern is an aesthetics issue. There is no way to please all user.

As there are multiple problems in the same bug report, we will only address one as per the instructions of PE Phase 2.
