Maybe you could go to google or facebook and try signing up an account after you login into an account and not login out? This behaviour is expected and should not be allowed as after the signup, which account should you be in?

The application is also designed to be a single-user application and concurrent users should not be allowed to run in parallel. Creating 2 accounts would imply that there is 2 users intending to use the program at the same instance.
