Symptoms history not saved after each program occurence #380

Whilst diagnosis and medication history are saved for each user of the program, the symptoms history is not. This may be unhelpful to patients who have recovered from some of their symptoms and would like to remove some of them. Symptoms should be saved to a datafile as well to allow easier editing between sessions as it is unlikely for patients to be able to recover in a short period of time and remove the symptoms.

Steps Taken 1) Register for account 2) Log in 3) Input symptoms 4) Exit program 5) Start program and log in 6) Press 4 to view symptom history 7) Notice that symptom history is not recorded (prompted by "You have not entered any symptoms.") <-- PROBLEM
