Did not receive TEAMMATES submission link

The course websites said that we should receive a TEAMMATES submission link. I haven't.

Also, when I try the recovery link provided on the course website, I get this email:

The infrastructure for Teammates submission of the project direction is not ready yet; Akshay will announce once they are ready to accept the submission.
