CATcher is stuck on login page #42

After following the steps on https://nus-cs2113-ay2324s1.github.io/website/schedule/week10/project.html to file a bug report using CATcher, CATcher is stuck on the login page and simply shows this spinner: image Nothing happens; even after multiple minutes. What should I do?

Hi @wendelinwemhoener, can you try again after clearing browser cache, download the logs and share them here? You can download the logs by clicking the button on the top right corner (second from right)

I encountered this once and it went away after a hard refresh of the browser.
