The scrollbar at the side of the pdf app or webpage allows the user to navigate to the top instantly.

Adding hyperlinks to the bottom of every page will only complicate layout and resulting misclicks can cause frustration to the user.

This is a suggested feature that is not in the scope of our project and can lead to issues after implementation without significant benefits.
