Incorrect filename in quickstart of User Guide #270

The file name is no longer tp.jar

If the user were to follow the instructions, they would be unable to open the jar file

The file name is tp.jar on GitHub and quick start instructions are valid. The [cs2113..][...].jar file name is for submission requirements to canvas
