User stories can be detailed #988

In user stories, all of user type is "university student" except "new user", but it should be detailed. Also, there should be more reason why the program is for "university student". Actually, the functionality of the program doesn't exactly targeting "university student". Anyone can use it, and it does not "defining a clear value proposition that matches the target user profile".

Indeed, our app is specifically designed for college students. This can be inferred from our product name and the categorisation of expenses and allowance that we offer. Perhaps you could clarify what is a more 'detailed' user story by giving an example and we would change it if suitable.
