Never seeming to succeed in saving the goal #1442

Stage of game: During game Steps to Reproduce: Any saving during the game: save Expected: Variation in victory and losses for saving Actual: Repeatedly shown message below

This is somewhat related to Issue #7. While shooting does have variation with wins and losses, saving does not seem to succeed whenever there is gameplay. Thus, it may be helpful to have some variation in successes and losses when saving the goal.
