error handling of date / time inconvenient to the users

After the user types the add event command correctly, the user is required to add the start and end date. If the user types these information wrongly, it will go back to the main menu again which makes it troublesome for the user to type the command again. Perhaps an error message about the date / time format can be provided and the user can continue on with this stage until they type the date / time correctly instead of exiting to the main menu directly.

This one is a matter of inconvenience since if you enter the wrong date or time format you have to start from the beginning. All of our error handling is done this way.(to be corrected in future implementations)
