[DG]: bad markdown formatting for words harms readability #1981

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

For some of them, they are using '' instead, which is not the markdown syntax.

For the upper part, it is ok, but for the bottom, they are just a plain text, it is hard for readers to read so many words.
