`add` function does not allow for additional "/"

when I input "add rose //q4 /to birthday" it does not add 4 quantities of roses to my bouquet, but instead prints an error message that says the flower name is unidentified

It is expected that user unable to add additional "/". User are expected to follow the format given, because if not, an exception will be thrown as shown, which is expected behavior. This is not a bug as the exception is handled gracefully and user is not thrown out of the program. This is minor inconvenience at best due to user error.
