Thank you for pointing this out. We do acknowledge that this is a valid issue. However, as our main priority in the DG was the implementation and Design section, we believe that providing the two prerequisites, which is installing JDK 11 and IntelliJ IDEA to be sufficient for the setup of the coding environment. As such, further explanation in this section was not of a higher priority in v2.1.
