[UG] Messy expected output for 'help' #2572

The expected output is rather cluttered. Consider leaving a line between each command so that it is easier to read.

Thank you for raising this. We could have improved on the formatting of the help message. However I feel that it is a cosmetic issue and that the severity should be very low. Duplicate issue of #1386
