Setpower info for power is quite unintuitive

Setting power level to 0 gives the idea that power level should be very low, thus will be better defined with no hashtags rather than 3 hashtags to identify as a bar

Similarly, setting power level to 1 gives the idea that the power level should have 1 bar, where 2 bars of 3 hashtags is seen.
