Unable to enter past period entries without deleting all periods that come after it first

Team's Response

The tracker is meant to be used continuously as time passes, and a user is not meant to enter past periods. So this feature has been used wrongly in this issue, as periods from 60 years ago is not meant to be added, classifying this as extreme user behaviour.
