Application allows for empty input into their flash card

can leave question blank even but when editing it is not allowed. Generally inconsistent

the error also show the same when entering a bad input as well

this can be confusing as well

We acknowledge the inconsistency in accepting an empty question by different commands - adding and editing. This should be changed.
