Invalid month input does not have a correct error output. #373

Currently if the month input is as mm-YYYY instead of YYYY-mm, it still recognises mm-YYYY as a valid input and is unable to search for valid index.

Consider displaying a different error output stating incorrect month format instead of showing invalid index input.
