Budget Format file is invalid, although I did not change it #391

Not setting any budget leaves the budget format file corrupted, despite not changing any values.

Thank you for your feedback! This is indeed an issue. However, since the budget was never intended to be set, this is merely a textual issue and does not affect the functionality of the program. We will set the severity as Very low.
