Duplicates are not updated once the same item has been deleted. #397

Expected behaviour: humans beyond human(6) have their duplicate IDs updated. actual: no change in IDs. Not mentioned in UG as well

This behaviour of updating of the duplicate names (no change in IDs) is the expected behaviour, as especially for larger numbers of duplicates, as it does not make sense to update each subsequent duplicate. This is as it might be become quite difficult for a user to keep track of constant changes for a large number of names (like in remembering which name was changed to what), and since the commands on entries (events, participants and items) access them by name, would hinder the user's use of the program (as he will be unable to correctly specify the entry to modify).

Nevertheless, we should have mentioned this in the UG.
