Unable to edit venue/priority of events with past date/time

This might prove to be a problem for users who would like to update mistakes in old events. As users have to use a current/future time for the time parameter, there is no way to edit old events without changing its date/time.

Yup agreed that we should allow edit of event details in the past for future versions. However this was not part of our v2.1 scope and our main idea of our edit functionality is to only update details of upcoming events. For any events that has passed, we would have deemed that the details are correct and updated and not allow any edits to past events to prevent our data from being accidentally corrupted.
