bugs: `compare` command allows comparing the same university

Step to reproduce:

• Make sure savefile has at least 1 entry for visual results (uwa in this case)
• compare pu/uwa pu/uwa: Successfully run

Expected behavior:

• Error is shown, or at least, listed once.

Actual behavior:

• Command run successfully, list the same entry twice

Thank you for your feedback! For ExchangeCourseMapper, we provide the user with highly customizable functionalities like compare command which compares 2 PUs. This allows the user to compare whatever PU they desire. We believe that comparing the same university will not provide any beneficial information to the user but will not decrease the functionality of the app. If the output for accidentaly comparing the same university troubles the user, we will gladly look into it in our future versions!
