This is not a functionality bug as the reported behavior is in accordance with the expected functionality explicitly described in the user guide. The user guide in the command format notes point 5 states that extraneous parameters for commands like help will be ignored. This can be seen here: The help command correctly provides the intended output regardless of additional text, as specified in the guide. Thus, the system is functioning as designed, and the tester’s observation does not indicate a deviation from the intended behavior.
This rejection aligns with the criteria that what the tester treated as a bug is, in fact, the expected behavior from the user's point of view.

When typing text after the help keyword, the help command continues to work without any error exceptions. Maybe you can add an error exception for this case? as users could easily type extra characters after the command
