Some suggestions: Orange and blue don't go well together unless it is separated by white. Try to reduce the number of horizontal/vertical lines. Use lighter colors inside the boxes and darker colors for the box frame so that there is a visual hierarchy. Use the orange in the logo (use colors lab to copy the color). Mention mentor names

@damithc Is this better? Some of the poster elements don't look so good with such a dark shade of orange.

First one with normal borders: STePS poster Second one with thicker borders: STePS poster (thicker)
