Variable not found "device.o2_device", I will comment out for now.

My bad. device.o2_device no longer exists and is no longer required as I am extracting the ventilation data in R in https://github.com/nus-mornin-lab/oxygenation_kc/blob/master/eICU/data-analysis/eICU_data_analysis_v4.Rmd to account for multiple ventilation sessions and more.

Thanks for fixing it in #31. Once that pull request has been merged, we can close this issue.
