InstructorHelp and StudentHelp page: add link to image TEAMMATES #1655

Currently the logo TEAMMATES image at instructorHelp and studentHelp page do not have a hyperlink. When click on it, it does not redirect us to index page as the other pages do.

That's because help pages are opened in a new window/tab and we don't want the user to navigate back to the app in that window. :-)
