We can use their registration key to find the Google ID used to join and give them a hint.

judyeo08, what's your real name? We need at least part of the real name to tell you which Google ID you used last time. You can email us at teammates[at]comp.nus.edu.sg

May be we can add the email address to the link we send to them? That way, we can tell them the Google ID they used last time if they try to use a different GoogleID this time.
