What can be improved on the system? What can be added to the system? Please specify: 1) Exact page to implement/improve feature Under "Time zone" drop-down list at the "Add New Evaluation" page for instructor 2) The details of the feature The current feature allows the instructor to specify the time zone which is useful for the opening and closing time of evaluation. However, I suppose not everyone is able to remember the time zones they are in? Thus, it might be better if that drop-down list has the countries listed together with the different time zones instead of just the time zones, for example:

(UTC +8:00) Beijing, Perth, Singapore, Hong Kong (UTC +9:00) Tokyo, Seoul, Osaka, Sapporo, Yakutsk (UTC +9:30) Adelaide, Darwin (UTC +10:00) Eastern Australia, Guam, Vladivostok

I wonder if there is a standard way of doing this e.g., using a library such as JQueryUI

It seems that JQueryUI did not have a standard way of time zone picking. The closest example that I could find was: http://trentrichardson.com/examples/timepicker/#timezone_examples If not maybe we could of some the ideas as mentioned in this link? http://ux.stackexchange.com/questions/21409/how-to-make-selecting-a-timezone-more-user-friendly

Chee How, How do you plan to fix this one? While you think of a possible approach, may be you can fix an easier one (to get used to the workflow)? How about Issue 309 ?

Yes I believe I should try out issue 309 first to myself get used to the workflow of this project. Can I be assigned to take on that? Thank you!
