Clear function without notification or confirmation #101

Expected Result: Clear all records

Observed Result: Clear all records

Description: No error on the function itself, just that this kind of commands will clear all user saved records, it would be better to have a confirmation to double-check with user or use a more difficult command word like 'deleteAllRecord' to prevent user accidentally type clear due to programming habits.
