NullPointerException after launching the app with null appointment time. #142

After testing the bug of add patient command with appointment, I have exit the program uneventfully. After relaunching the App, the NullPointerException has been throwed and program exited after clicking the OK button.

I suspect the error is caused by the null appointment time saved in previous testing, because after removing the data file with null appointment time, the issue resolved.

We are not able to reproduce this error/ issue given the time frame of the current response and feedback period. We may be able to reproduce and fix this issue in a future iteration if more time is provided.
