There could be various reasons. First, for GitHub not recognizing the commits, check this as the issue could be related to the post: https://help.github.com/articles/why-are-my-commits-linked-to-the-wrong-user/#commits-are-not-linked-to-any-user
Second, for not recognizing on the project dashboard, please update the reposense configurations and push it to your master branch. You can run reposense locally to check if the contributions are attributed properly, after updating the config. When I generate the report next time, it should be picked up.
In our contributors' statistic page on our GitHub, the number of contributions of one of our team member is recorded incorrectly (significantly less than what he has done) This is very unusual since there are many commits and pull requests authored by him in our project, so Github should have at least track his contributions made in his pull requests. He is also the only member of our team whose contributions are not correctly displayed in the codding dashboard.
