[Week 3] Pre-module survey reopened + Tutorials #3

Pre-module survey

We have reopened the pre-module survey from Jan 27 to Jan 30 (2359 hrs).
Please complete it if you haven't done so yet.
Also if you have made any mistakes earlier (like providing email address in place of GitHub user name) please update the submission. Please refer to the attached image on how to find out your user name!
