Exiting the program without using "bye" does not save entries added. #1246

No documentation in UserGuide on how the saving of state of the application is being done. Not stated that "bye" saves the state and user has to follow this step to save state.

Steps: 1) Added a simple todo 2) exited the task by ctrl + c / closing terminal 3) runs back application and 1) does not appear.

(photo not included due to multistage steps and is self explanatory.)

This is a jar file bug:

Running the jar file will always load the same initial duke.txt (initial tasks) and welcome.txt ( initial welcome message) files. So, the set welcome message is not working with the jar file and tasks’s data are not saved between two runs of jar file.

This bug was discovered before the PE sessions. This bug was told to the prof after the demo.
