Time parsing issues in documentation

We assumed that a user would not put a time that has already passed.

Taking a look at the DG would show you that issuing a time that has already passed would give you ''The input DateTime has already passed''.

Will add description to the UG. Severity should be LOW instead of medium. as it does not affect the functionality and is of minor inconvenience since the program tells you that ''The input DateTime has already passed''.

Small matter of adding into the UG - "Please input a date that has not yet passed."
