Jinwen - used getTotal() function to calculate budget balance to be displayed ( balance = budget set for the category - getTotal() expenditure of the category) Shannon - wrote the getTotal() function for category which gets the total expenditure of the category.

Not a bug. The date entered was Feb 2019, which should not affect this month's budget. Only adding an expenditure to this month will change the budget remaining.
