I typed update 2 -tg Tutorial -tag Spaaaaam and it parsed through. Although only 1 tag is added, there should be some warning for -tg

This applies to other features using -tag as well such as filtering email. See below

Duplicated issue of having extra/incorrect parameters (all our parameters for commands are parsed in the same way). Well explained in #1224.
