Free time goes from 7 am to 23:59 pm only, what about the other time ?

It is also not written in the UG that it goes from 7 am to 23:59 pm only

Team's Response

Program behaviour as intended as we recommend getting 7 hours of uninterrupted rest between 12am and 7am but should have been added to UG for sake of clarity. Accepted but downgrading severity to low and bug type to documentation bug.
