French translation #1532

Goal: create and maintain a french translation of Nushell's documentation

This is a very big effort, so if you are a native french speaker and you want to make Nu more user friendly, please join this issue and help with the translation.

How can you help?

Translate documents from English to French
Keep existing French documentation up to date after the English version changed
Just review the translation: search for mistakes, suggest better phrasing...

I am currently adding the french translation to the project and translating just one or two documents on my fork. I'll make a PR soon, in the next few days
