Compiling with GHC8 #34

Some changes made for compatibility with GHC 8, following some of https://ghc.haskell.org/trac/ghc/wiki/Migration/8.0 , it builds and passes tests normally.

Also added the test modules for adequate building in Hackage. Maybe the version should be changed? I'm not sure it still builds with GHC 7.10, I have no means to test it at this moment.

Thank you for your interest in Paraiso! I'm now on a travel, but will see to these pull requests (also made to typelevel-tensor) in a few days.
