Update gems #6

Ran bundle update to update gems because we've been getting some GitHub security alerts recently for nokogiri. Also, the old json 1.8.3 was difficult to install on macOS.

Tested locally and everything seems to work.

Just a suggestion, if you are really lazy you can use Deppbot in the future!

Oh interesting. We were using Dependabot on our main repo so we could use that here too, but since we rarely update this repo it's probably unnecessary
