CORS headers are inconsistently received in some setups #28

Possibly due to different proxy behavior.

Used to occur rarely when accessing http://nusmods.com/api/ from localhost, and when the live site at http://nusmods.com used http://api.nusmods.com. Doesn't seem to occur anymore.
