Context

Update AS6 venues used by COM based on this map https://cms-wp-dev2.d2.comp.nus.edu.sg/fbs/images/AS6_02.jpg taken from https://www.comp.nus.edu.sg/maps/venues/

Also updates COM3-MPH location which was previously incorrect (different building altogether)
