Highlighted period for venue does not correspond to the time period selected #3821

Describe the bug

When finding a free room via Venues, the timeblock is not reflected correctly after selecting the time period.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://nusmods.com/venues/
  2. Click on 'Find free rooms'
  3. Select the 'From' and 'To' timings
  4. Select any venue that show up
  5. See that the timeblock (in green is not reflected correctly as shown in the screenshot below.

Expected behavior

The timeblock should reflect the time selected.
