Indicate if module is biddable via CORS, link to it if so #85

There has been some confusion, e.g. Facebook page post and via email, over modules which are on NUSMods but not in CORS.

In fact, nearly 1/3 of the modules are only in NUS Bulletin but not in CORS. Many of these are higher level modules and have timetables too.

The only place where the CORS status is indicated currently is in the Type filters. This should be displayed in the module listing and pages as well.

Additionally, linking biddable modules to the CORS listing would allow people to easily verify that lessons haven't appeared in CORS yet before reporting.
